Gatebil’s main event, at Rudskogen Motorsenter, was nothing less than a huge success! The track was in a league of its own, the sun shone almost all the time, Spitfires put on a show, Il Tempo Gigante set a track record etc. etc. This will go down in history as one of the very best.
At Aftertracken, several gritty artists rocked – and took us through the evenings – so the atmosphere was palpable. Here you can relive some of the highlights (story continues below):

The selection of cars this year was truly awesome.
Il Tempo Gigante is perhaps Norway’s greatest national treasure. During Gatebil in July, we were lucky enough to see it in action on the track. It also set a record.
As mentioned, there was a lot of action on stage this year, with Carina Dahl providing much of the show. We take our hats off, it was so cool!
A lively crowd at Gatebil is nothing new, but this year the heat and great atmosphere left their mark. So many happy people in one place? We love you!

Car Crazy? Absolutely.
Mads usually refurbishes. This weekend he gave Fredric’s car a proper overhaul. But damn, he was great on the track, until the grip disappeared. We look forward to seeing you behind the wheel again!
