All Gatebil festivals have large camping areas where everyone can fit in. Groups that wish to stand together are asked to arrive at Gatebil at the same time, alternatively to hold a place for the people in the group who arrive later.

The risk of fire is something everyone must take seriously, and common sense is what counts.
Disposable grills are prohibited, but regular grills on legs are permitted, unless otherwise announced before or at the festival.
You have to have at least one fire extinguisher for each camp-group (aprox. 10 people camping together).

ProTect is responsible for peace and order at Gatebil festivals in Norway. The police are also at the scene, and both the fire brigade and the infirmary are open 24 hours a day.

In all festivals in Sweden we have police and guards on site 24/7 as well as medical on and off the track.

There are showers and toilets available in Gatebil Camp. On the area map for each festival, it is marked where they are located.

Gatebil festivals both in Norway and Sweden are now Glass Free.
Glass bottles are not allowed, as broken glass is unpleasant for both people and cars.

Pets are not prohibited, but you should always reconsider bringing them to loud areas with a lot of action happening around. We suggest not to take them to Gatebil festivals.

There is generally no electricity at the camp. If you need electricity, you are allowed to bring a generator. Some places at the Race Camp have access to electricity, but we do not promise electricity to any of the participants or visitors.

At the festival camp, there is often an extra good atmosphere in the evening. But there are also separate camp where it is quieter – we call it family camp. You can see where this is on the area maps or just ask Gatebil crew at the arrival.

AFTERTRACK IN THE EVENING
At all Gatebil festivals there is Aftertrack in the evening. Concerts, shows and DJs – either on a large outdoor stage or in a tent. Anyone over 18 with a festival ticket has access to Aftertrack.

It is not permitted to drive mopeds, scooters and the like around the camp or depot areas. Only with the exception of ATVs that tow race cars to and from the pit lane.

LET THE CAR STAND! – At Gatebil camping it is forbidden to drive a car after 21:00. Driving cars in the area is allowed only with arrival and are departure. Starting the car and revving the engine is also not permitted. Remember, if you are behind the wheel of your car and have drunk alcohol, the police can arrest you for drunk driving even if you don’t start the car.

PLAYING MUSIC
It must be quiet in all areas after 02:00.
No loud music is allowed on the family campsite and it must be completely quiet starting 08:00 p.m.

CLEAN UP YOUR OWN CAMPING AREA – If there is a bit of a mess around the caravan during the festival, there is no order police asking you to clean it up, but before traveling home, it must be as clean as when you arrived. It is NOT allowed to leave sofas, refrigerators, broken caravans and other things like that. The area must be cleaned in rubbish bags which are handed out by our cleaning team.

INGEN FORHÅNDSBESTILLING 
På alle Gatebil festivaler er det store campingområder med plass til alle. Vennegjenger som vil stå samles oppfordres til å komme sammen, evt. avtale med vaktene at dere selv holder av plass til de som kommer litt senere.

CAMPING FOR PERSON INKLUDERT I FESTIVALBILLETT.
Alle personer med festivalbillett kan bo på campingen. Campingvognen er inkludert når man kjøper kjøretøypass til bilen som drar vogna. Bilpass koster kr. 500,- om du kjøper på nett, og prisen er lik for personbiler og busser.

FAMILIE/ ROLIGCAMP
På festivalcampen blir det ofte ekstra god stemning på kvelden. Men det finnes også egne områder hvor det er roligere. Hvor dette er kan du se på områdekartene som publiseres i forkant av hver festival.

DUSJER OG TOALETTER
På områdekartet til hver festival er det merket av hvor det finnes dusjer og toaletter.

AFTERTRACK PÅ KVELDEN 
På alle Gatebil festivaler er det Aftertrack på kvelden. Konserter, show og dj- enten på stor utescene eller i telt. Alle over 18 år med festivalbillett har adgang til Aftertrack.

ORDENSREGLER

RYDD DITT EGET CAMPOMRÅDE – Om det er litt rotete rundt campingvogna under festivalen er det ingen ordenspoliti som ber dere rydde. Men før hjemreise skal det være strøkent som da dere kom. Det er IKKE lov å sette igjen sofaer, kjøleskap, ødelagte campingvogner og annet. Men området skal være ryddet i søppelsekker som blir utlevert av vårt ryddeteam.

BRANNFARE, GLASSFLASKER, MOPEDKJØRING – Fare for brann er noe alle må ta på alvor, og sunn fornuft er det som gjelder. Det er forbudt med engangsgriller, men vanlige griller på ben er tillatt, om ikke annet blir opplyst før eller på festivalen. Glassflasker er heller ikke lov, da knust glass er lite trivelig både for folk og biler. Det er heller ikke tillatt å kjøre moped, scooter og lignende rundt på camp eller depot-områdene. Kun med unntak av ATV’er som tauer løpsbiler til og fra pitlaine.

LA BILEN STÅ! – På Gatebil campingen er det forbudt å kjøre bil etter kl 21:00. Kun når man kommer og skal reise hjem. Oppstarting av bil og rusing av motor er heller ikke tillatt. Husk, sitter du bak rattet på bilen din og har drukket alkohol, kan politiet ta deg for fyllekjøring selv om du ikke starter bilen.

VAKTHOLD PÅ GATEBIL

ProTect har ansvar for ro og orden på Gatebil. Politiet er også til stedet, og både brannvakt og sykestue er døgnåpent.

MUSIKKSPILLING

Det skal være stille på alle områder til kl. 02:00. På familiecampingen skal det ikke spilles høy musikk og det skal være helt stille kl. 20:00.
