DRIVE YOUR OWN CAR AT THE TRACK
Everybody with a car in good driving condition and a driving license can drive on the fantastic 3,2 km long Rudskogen race track. Gatebil has divided the driving in to the following groups: Straight line (no drifting at all). Open Line (some drifting in the corners). Or Drift Line (drift everywhere you want).
Both street and track cars can participate. All cars must be in good condition and undergo a technical inspection. Drivers must be 18 years old and have a driving license. A race license is not needed. Passengers are also allowed. Passengers must be over 150 cm tall. Both passenger and driver need to have a racing suit and helmet. If you do not have one, you can rent one at Gundersen Motorsport / Sparco stand at the festival. The price for driving on the track is 600 NOK per day, plus 200 NOK for the license for all days. POWERSLIDE CONTEST
The powerslide competition is another legendary competition at Gatebil. The competition has been held for the past 18 years and drivers from all over the world have participated. Both street cars, drift cars and other track cars can participate. Yust bring your car to the lineup 30 minutes before the start. 2 classes: 2 and 4wd.
YOUR CAR AT EXHIBITION
The old depot area has room for more than 200 cars and is dedicated for car exhibiting. Gatebil’s own jury will select its favourites from 8 classes, each car will receive an award. The Award-ceremony will be held on Saturday at 16:00. No pre booking.
HAVE A RIDE WITH GATEBIL TAXI!
You can still take a ride around the track even if you did not bring your own car to Gatebil. Gatebil has 3 BMW M5 (E60) taxis with 550 hp V10 engine, race ready with four race seats.
One ride with the taxi costs 600 NOK and you need to be at least 150 cm. To book a ride in the Gatebil Taxi head to the Gatebil stand.
TO BE A SPECTATOR AT GATEBIL
Gatebil is big fun for everyone! You don’t need to bring your car and drive on the track, show your car at the exhibition, or go crazy with partying at the camp. You can either buy a day ticket and be at Gatebil for just one day, or buy a festival ticket and bring car, tent, wagon or even a bus for the weekend. There is plenty of parking spots just walking distance from the track area.

In August the Aftertrack is at Saterday 25 inside a big tent in the end of the depot area. Everyone with festival tickets has access to Aftertrack!
STAY AT GATEBIL CAMP
The camping areas at Gatebil Rudskogen 24-26th August is close to the track. The camping opens Thursday 24th Aug 12:00.

Rudskogen Motorpark is located in the South-East of Norway, between Sarpsborg and Rakkestad. Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Oslo and 2,5 hours from Gothenburg in Sweden.
