Today on Saturday of this season last event, Gatebil Extreme Race 9 had a winner that drove fast in the front the whole race – it is our own Kai Roger Bakken, driving Lotus Esprit Replica, who took another victory this year or 6th Gatebil Race victory this season. Hans Frisak in Porsche 991 Cup took P2 and enjoyed quite consistent race finishing less than two seconds behind the winner Kai Roger Bakken and with Torger Johansen, who finished third, falling further behind.
Though Torger Johansen fell far behind Hans Frisak, he got in a group of drivers fighting for P3, P4, P5, together with Vidar Jødahl and Hans Jørgen Andersson.
Vidar Jødahl, who started from 7th position managed to fight his way up to P4, leaving Hans Jørgen Anderssen in P5 who in the last laps had managed to close in towards Vidar Jødahl.
P6 was taken by Andreas Vaa.
